No. The first conversation is non-binding and free of charge. We get to know your situation, assess your needs and discuss which interim profile and mandate structure best fit your case.
Because we work with senior professionals from within our own firm, the search and selection phase typical of traditional interim pools does not apply. After the introductory call and a brief clarification of the key parameters, we can usually step in at very short notice, depending on profile and availability.
We do not place external profiles from a database. Instead, we provide senior professionals from within our own firm. Our interim managers are partners and senior advisors of SBCF & Cie. with many years of executive and advisory experience — personally responsible, integrated into the boutique and with access to the firm’s full advisory know-how.
That depends on the specific situation. Bridging a short-term vacancy may take a few months, while a transition phase during generational change or a CRO mandate often lasts six to twelve months. Larger transformation projects may take longer. We define the mandate duration, objectives and handover timing together with you from the outset.
Confidentiality is our highest priority. The initiation process — including in sensitive situations such as unresolved succession or restructuring phases — is handled discreetly and in a controlled manner, so that employees, competitors or the market are informed only when you decide.
